Joan Stipp is a second grade teacher at MPE. She is starting her 29th year of teaching.
She lives in Mahomet with her husband, Brad. Brad is a former teacher and coach in the district. Her daughter, Sarah, works at McKendree College and lives in Waterloo, IL with her husband, Kyle. Lauren, her youngest daughter, is studying Creative Technology with a focus in Game Design at Illinois State University. Sheldon and Wilbur are the family cats.
In her free time, she likes to read, spend time with family and friends and play games. Joan is a Cardinals baseball fan since she grew up in the St. Louis area. She also likes to watch lacrosse games.
