Students were sent on a Scavenger Hunt during today's lesson in the NEW Blended P.E. Class called Lifelong Wellness. After the hunt it was matching time: heart rate data from workouts with nutritional benefits. #movementandnutrition #wellness #relevantpe #puttingittogether
MSHS's own Ms. Cindy Brumfield was surprised today and awarded the United Way COVID 19 Difference Makers Award! Distributing food, clothing, Christmas gifts, and masks through Mom's Pantry are just a few of the examples Ms. Brumfield has done to make a difference! Congrats!
