On Friday, November 1st, Middletown Prairie had a school wide Pajama Day.  During the school day the whole school building took some time to Drop Everything and Read (DEAR).  Individual classrooms did some of their own reading activities -  Some classrooms had guest readers while others celebrated in different ways.  Mrs. Pagel's kindergarten classroom had an "Old Favorites Parade".  Her students paraded around showing off their old favorite book (a book that might be worn out from reading it over and over).  It was a fun, relaxing day after a crazy Halloween on Thursday!
