Cindy Krumwiede teaches kindergarten in the penguin room. This will be her 25th year working in the Mahomet-Seymour schools!  Before landing in kindergarten, she worked at Middletown as a Pre-K teacher, Special Education teacher and Birth - 3 Educator. This will be her 17th year teaching kindergarten.

Mrs. Krumwiede lives in Mahomet with her husband, Rex, daughter Erin and their dog, Dolly. Erin is getting ready to start her sophomore year at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Mrs. Krumwiede enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling (especially to the beach) and watching the Chicago Cubs. She loves teaching kindergarten!  She is looking forward to meeting her new students and seeing her former students when school starts in August.
